XYLITOL WATER FLOSSER STARTER SETS
Can I use a WELtab for 2 sessions?
No. If there is some of the tablet left do not save it for your next use. WELtabs are designed for single use.
You should always open your WELtip and rinse out the WELtip chamber after each use with warm water to remove any residue. If you don't rinse your WELtip after each use your tip may get plugged. We have a new Cleaning Tip available. Use the Cleaning Tip if your WELtip gets plugged. Most users never have this issue. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a Cleaning Tip shipped to you.
Can I put a WELtab in my water reservoir?
Regardless of the brand of water flosser you are using, do not put WELtabs or Xylitol into your water reservoir. Only put water into your water reservoir. Xylitol gets sticky when wet, like sugar, and will damage your water flosser pump.
How many ounces of water does the reservoir hold?
The tank holds 30 ounces of water. It is large enough for two people to use without refilling. 15 ounces (1/2 full) is sufficient for most users.
How long do the WELtabs last?
With the water flosser set on the highest setting with comfortably warm water a single WELtab will last a session with 15 ounces of water.
How many pressure settings does the water flosser have?
Our water flosser has 10 settings. If you have never used a water flosser we recommend starting on a level below 5. As your gums get healthier you will be able to gradually raise the pressure to a higher level.
Does the water flosser have good pressure?
It provides sufficient pressure to deliver Xylitol 4-6 mm into your gum pockets where the plaque bacteria thrives. Standard string flossing only reaches 1-2mm and spreads the plaque bacteria instead of killing it.
How long will it take for me to notice an improvement in my gums?
Our customers tell us that they notice a difference within a few days. If you had sore or bleeding gums after a few weeks you will notice a dramatic improvement. This is due to the fact that you will have minimized the plaque bacteria which had been destroying your gums, bone and teeth.
What AC voltages will the water flosser operate with?
It uses an AC adapter with 100-240 volts AC input (at either 50 or 60 Hz) with an output of 16 volts DC at 1 amp. It will operate anywhere in the world with the proper plug adapter.
