Customers who purchase $100 of products per calendar year qualify for our Wel Club program. They receive 15% off all orders, including subscription orders. First orders or the first qualifying order are not eligible for the SMILE discount.
Customers must use the same email address for all orders so the system can track their purchases.
Shipping and taxes are excluded from the qualifying total. The 15% discount does not apply to any additional shipping charges.
Wel Club members use the discount code SMILE for 15% off their order.
Receive a lifetime warranty by purchasing at least $100 each year, uninterrupted, at weldental.com, beginning with the year you purchase your Welflos water flosser (sales tax and shipping excluded). Weldental will continue to warranty your Welflos water flosser, provided it has not been abused, misused, altered, or damaged, and was used according to our instructions. Contact us if you need clarification.
We also offer our Wel Club members a flat rate repair shipping fee of $14.95 after your 2nd year. We will send you a prepaid/padded envelope/box to make it easy for you to send your base in for repair. Shipping is free for the first 2 years for Wel Club members.

How do I replace my Welflos M handle?
Loosen and remove the 2 screws.
Very carefully use a small flat screwdriver and gently pry the connector from the base port. Do not pry from the side with the tube as you may break the barbed input connection.
After the connector is removed very carefully, using a small flat screwdriver, slide the plastic ring away from the connector. This loosens the grip of the tube on the barbed input connection.
Now you need to remove the connector from the existing tube. You can cut the tube to remove the connector.
Now that you have removed the connector slide the tube from the base.
Slide the new handle's tube through the opening in the base. Then slide the plastic ring onto the tube. One side of the ring is slightly recessed. That is the side that slide onto the connector. Carefully slide the tube onto the connector. Carefully slide the plastic ring toward the connector to grip the tube onto the barbed fitting. Now that everything is like the original, attach the connector to the base and secure with the 2 screws.
