We also offer our Wel Club members a flat rate repair shipping fee of $14.95 after your 2nd year. We will send you a prepaid/padded envelope/box to make it easy for you to send your base in for repair. Shipping is free for the first 2 years for Wel Club members.
Weldental warrants to the original purchaser/owner of a WELFLOS Water Flosser that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the purchase date. We will repair or replace any part of your WELFLOS Water Flosser, that in our opinion is defective, provided the WELFLOS Water Flosser has not been abused, misused, altered or damaged and was used according to these instructions. Only use water in the reservoir. Do not place Weltabs, mouthwash, hydrogen peroxide, essential oils, or any other substance into the reservoir as it will void the warranty. Contact us if you need clarification. This warranty excludes accessories and consumable parts.
During the first year, Weldental covers parts, labor, and shipping both directions. You must contact us first to troubleshoot your system with a technician and receive a return label if needed.

Warranty replacements that are provided a pre-paid return label for the defective part must be returned within 7 days. Failure to return the defective part will void the warranty.
